Used them for my Magna flow performance exhaust install after my first choice ran me around trying to make an appointment, should of called them first, in the first place. Did a great Job!!! In an out in less then an hour and at a very reasonable price. Would recommend and use them again.
What a wonderful feeling to have found a trustworthy shop. the dreaded Check Engine light came on. instead of my usual dealership trip i decided to pay these guys a visit. have literally never been to an independent shop. after some diagnostics, they actually went over the list of fault codes, on paper! what a novel experience compared with the dealership experience where the whole diagnosis is usually vague and rife with exorbitant quotes. have left many a dealership service visit with a bad feeling, and that feeling often swells once the bill arrives. i would trust these guys with anything, exotic or otherwise, and plan to service my vehicles with them from now forward. extremely appreciative to have found them.
This was my first experience with Auto Works. I would rate them as excellent and recommend them. Every step along the way was without issue. From the front desk listening to my concerns for a repair to selecting a recommended oil type for my 07 Lincoln Towncar. They also returned my car clean and washed, very professional. Additionally, I received an email with details of my repair which included pictures of the work and a link to set up my account to earn reward points! FYI: I waited for my car and the customer waiting area was clean and comfortable.

I highly recommend this establishment for your repair needs. I was so impressed with the service I received today. I showed a low tire pressure and stopped in to see if they could help. Without question they took my vehicle quickly and prepared the issue. The kind quick courteous service will not be forgotten and I will not only return for any required repairs be will also recommend others to the shop.
